Welcome to ParkSafe. By using this app you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. What ParkSafe Does
ParkSafe provides street sweeping schedules and parking rule information for the City of Los Angeles based on publicly available City data. The app is intended to help drivers make informed parking decisions.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Parking rules, street sweeping schedules, and meter data change frequently. ParkSafe does its best to reflect current City of Los Angeles data, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, up to date, or accurate for your specific location.
Always check posted signs on your block before parking. Signs on the street are the legal authority — not this app. You are solely responsible for any parking citations, towing fees, or other consequences.
3. Use at Your Own Risk
ParkSafe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Parking tickets or fines incurred while relying on the app
- Towing or impound fees
- Inaccurate, outdated, or missing parking data
- Service interruptions or downtime
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the app or its data
- Send automated or bot traffic to our servers
- Interfere with the security or performance of the service
5. Your Account
You may sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
6. Intellectual Property
The ParkSafe app, design, and code are the property of ParkSafe. Street sweeping and meter data is sourced from the City of Los Angeles open data portal and remains the property of the City.
7. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption to the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
